Howard Terminal is the proposed location for the Oakland A’s new baseball stadium and mixed-use waterfront development. The 55-acre site includes a 35,000 capacity MLB ballpark, 3,000 residential units, 1.5 million square feet of office, 270,000 square feet of retail, 400 hotel rooms, a 3,500-seat performance venue, and 18.3 acres of waterfront parks and open space. The project is a Public Private Partnership between the Oakland Athletics, City of Oakland, and the Port of Oakland. Keystone Development Group is a member of Oakland A’s real estate team and provides project management services including vertical development feasibility and oversite of the environmental regulatory team. Keystone also lead Oakland A’s due diligence team in the acquisition of the Oakland Coliseum and proposed acquisition of the Vistra Energy Peaker Power Plant.
