Giant Center was a proposed single-family redevelopment project located in San Pablo, California.  Due to shifting market conditions, the development did not forward. Keystone provided BUILD, LLC (the developer) underwriting, due diligence, and pre-development management services. The proposed project included the clean up and demolition of a heavily contaminated 281,000 square feet building and construction of 157 residential for-sale, market-rate housing units.
