Keystone Development Group served in the capacity of Development Director for the master planning efforts to transform an existing public housing project into a vibrant mixed-use, mixed-income community.  Those efforts included collaborating with project team members to orchestrate an extensive public outreach process, including engagement of the existing residents, surrounding neighbors and other interest groups, which laid the groundwork for the proposed transformation plan and pursuit of the project entitlement and feasibility studies. Located directly south of downtown Sacramento, the proposed redevelopment includes 1,200 units of housing and 40,000 square feet of commercial and community use space.
