San Leandro Crossings – Transit Oriented Development

Keystone Development Group served as the development manager for the initial master planning  and entitlements of the San Leandro Crossings project which consisted of a 200-unit, market rate mixed-use building, a 100 unit affordable housing community and a 339 BART public parking garage. Keystone also lead the efforts in successfully receiving $24.4 million in Prop 1C Transit Oriented Development and Infill Infrastructure Grants. The project sponsors included Westlake Development Partners LLC, BRIDGE Housing Corporation and Bridge Urban Infill Land Development, LLC.  The project scoped eventually transitioned to include an office building and a revised affordable project, both of which are now under construction.
