Related California Residential retained Keystone Development Group to provide due diligence, entitlement and asset management services for the assemblage of six parcels containing approximately 250,000 square feet of office and industrial buildings within the Tasman East business park. The proposed redevelopment to a 1,500 plus high-density market-rate residential unit project required a Specific Plan, General Plan Amendment, Zoning Amendment, and EIR. Entitlements were successfully received in late 2018.
