Keystone Development Group is working with Serra Real Estate and CGA Capital on several projects for Dallas County. The projects include the acquisition and development of two new ground up County courthouse and administrative buildings, one acquisition and renovation for a third County courthouse and administrative building, and the acquisition and development of a new 12-story, 1,222 stall parking garage. Keystone serves a variety of roles on these projects including construction monitoring, project management, and lender compliance and oversite.
