The Berkeley is a 406 unit existing and 310 unit new market-rate and BMR apartment community located in Fort Worth, TX. Keystone Development Group affiliated with Lessel Reality, who secured the financing and serves as asset manager.  In this capacity Keystone assisted in the acquisition and due diligence phases and currently provides asset management and construction oversight of the new $28 million development. The project is located near TCU and the Fort Worth Medical Center.
