Mandela Transit Village is located adjacent to the West Oakland BART station in Oakland, California. Keystone Development and their partner, Presidio Development Partners, provided project management services for the proposed project that contained 495 residential units and associated parking, 339 public BART parking spaces, and 2,500 square feet of retail space.
