Related California Residential retained Keystone Development Group to provide due diligence and project management services for the assembled of six office and industrial parcels within the Tasman East business park that could be redeveloped to over 1,300 high-density market rate residential  units. The project will require a Specific Plan, General Plan Amendment, Zoning Amendment, EIR, and architectural review approvals.  Construction of phase one is scheduled to start in 2018.
