Sam Worden is a land development professional with decades of experience in planning and building master plan developments and communities. His specialties include infrastructure assessments, design, and construction, regulatory coordination / approvals, land planning, and on-grade / elevated road construction. Sam served as Senior Director of Land Development at Toll Brothers, Five Point, and the Oakland Athletics, where he oversaw land planning of several large masterplans, including Concord Naval Weapons Station, Candlestick Park, Howard Terminal, Treasure Island/Yerba Buena Island, and Hunters Point Shipyards.

Prior to these roles, Sam served in engineering and land development positions for several homebuilders, contractors, and civil engineers. Sam received a M.S. in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of California Berkeley, an MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Stanford University.
