Keystone Development Group acted in the capacity of interim Development Director on the redevelopment of the Potrero Terrace and Annex public housing project (“Rebuild Potrero”). The project entails the replacement of 606 existing HUD subsidized public housing apartments into an 1,600 affordable and market-rate mixed income community, along with amenities such as parks, retail center, and neighborhood community buildings and services.
